#Bug? Or Crash?

We play for days and have huge crashes. We play on our ps5s.
When we try to decorate the house it crashes... When we go to the orakle on the Level item shop it crashes. When we try to choose a Child it dosent react and hoes completly Black. Or when we pick up Batteries or Mushrooms it Crashes... We have huge Problemes and did and try anything. Delteing the game and reinstall or refixing the Licenses anything... Please help...
