Hello, we have problems...

We play for days and have huge crashes. We play on our ps5s.
When we try to decorate the house it crashes... When we go to the orakle on the Level item shop it crashes. When we try to choose a Child it dosent react and goes completly Black. Or when we pick up Batteries or Mushrooms it Crashes... We have huge Problemes and did and try anything. Delteing the game and reinstall or refixing the Licenses anything... Please help...

For the crash when decorating the house, and also when going to the Oracle in the Level item shop, could you please provide us with a clearer explanation and, if possible, a video recording? That would help the team a lot in reproducing and fixing the issue.

Were stuck in the baby screen and cant do anything anymore we tried everything but nothing changed... that i cant show anything but explain a bit... When were done with decorating and try to leave it, it craches instantly... And by the Oracle when we try to level our Garden thing for underwater with the essences... it also Crasches... and in the labartory the Develop devices it also crasches instant... Like said... i would show but were permanently stuck on the Baby screen... and if we try to go back, its pitch black and nothing happend... the bad is that everytime we start the game new it happends again and again... like the other problems... i even tried to reinstall it...
