Hello! I have completed both quest points in the starlet expedition, however they both show that I have not given Cho Oyu the requested items. 75 osmium crop and 30 osmium kelp essence. Both have reverted back to 0/75 and 0/30.

Also note that this is a known issue. The devs r working on it! The only known workaround is to give everything at once.

Similar issue I have the quest to give Cho 5 Osmium Kelp and it keeps reverting back.

As a temporary workaround, we recommend gathering all the required items first and then submitting them all at once. Until the fix is released, it’s best to hold onto the items if you’re still in the process of collecting them.
