I just started year two and I went to the location where the Cherrh Blossom is supposed to be, but the balloon is not there to activate the event. Mayor Connor is there and I can walk through the Alun-Alun Square, but there is no event.

After looking into it, we found that the issue happens if you use up all your stamina the day before, right up until you’re about to pass out, and the screen turns grey.
The team is already working on a fix, so hang tight!
In the meantime, a temporary workaround is to avoid letting your stamina run out completely. If you’re already on the festival day and it doesn’t trigger, reloading the game should make the festival start properly.
