How do I trigger Chaem's heart event at Hillside? I've ran all around there, I'm in the right time and season, I can't seem to figure it out.

I’m not in game anymore but I was running along the path where it says Hillside on the map and also the surrounding areas.

It was sunny, 🌤️ I’m guessing it has to be sunny and windy but I haven’t had a day like that or I haven’t noticed.

It’s should be an either or thing. Even the coral guide says so and that info was pulled straight from the code
