No Beach cleanup festival

So I waited until 9 to go to the beach to activate the beach clean up festival and nothing happened. This same thing happened for the Cherry blossom festival in spring. The little babble wasn’t around, no cut scene. I was just told what events were happening but that’s it

Restarting the day has fixed this, but it’s kind of frustrating needing to do so to have it activate

Hi @worthy sparrow , thank you for reaching out to us! After looking into it, we found that the issue happens if you use up all your stamina the day before, right up until you’re about to pass out and the screen turns grey.

The team is already working on a fix, so hang tight!

In the meantime, a temporary workaround is to avoid letting your stamina run out completely. If you’re already on the festival day and it doesn’t trigger, reloading the game should make the festival start properly.

I also had this happen to me except it was triggered by getting married the day before. I obviously didn't use any stamina that day because the day just ends after the marriage cut scene.

I've also had this issue and I believe it may be also tied to fast traveling. The festivals break any time I use fast travel on a festival day, but if I don't, they're fine
