using CTRL X doesnt do anything and even when i change the hotkey for toggling the HUD, it doesnt work.

Reproduction Steps: press ctrl + X while in game (co-op or single player) since that's what the default hotkey for toggling HUD is
Repro Rate: 100%? idk all my friends who play (about 10 friends) have never made it work. we even tried changing the hotkey
In-Game Date & Time: any day, any time
Players & Platform: all players i'm guessing. all my friends play on Steam.
Game Version: latest one
Input Mode: keyboard
PC Specs: i9 processor, 4070ti graphics card, windows 11
