It seems the oil roots didn't fully retreat (as I moved on instead of continuing to follow them) when I completely healed the ocean. Remained until I used the nearby transportation-stingray and got close enough to trigger them to retreat.

Reproduction Steps: heal the ocean without approaching the last bit of roots.
Repro Rate: Haven't tried. But can confirm that the roots act the same when reloading the current day.
Game Platform: Steam
Game Version: v1.2-1239
Input Mode: KBM

(I noticed there were already some similar bug reports, but made a new one as they were tagged as fixed)
