My GF(Host) already used Diving and Foraging Elixir, which gave an animation and it gave her a skill point.
I bought a Fishing Elixir and drank it, no animation and no Skillpoints, restarting the day and trying again didn't help either.
I only got a weird "fishing proficiency +0%" buff
How to Reproduce: Not sure, maybe in multiplayer drink elixir as guest?

It worked later, i have an assumption on what the issue could be: when i first tried to drink the eoixir, i just got a skill point over night from lvling fishing up. So it could be that this issue ocxurs when trying to get a skillpoint the same day the player already got a skillpoint?
