[Issue]
Speed buffs (Tool Speed Ring, Ginger) do not work for guest players.

[Details]
The buffs work normally in single player and for the host, but not for guests.

[Steps to Reproduce]

  1. Join a host's world on PS5 as a guest.
  2. Equip the Tool Speed Ring or consume Ginger.
  3. Observe that tool speed and movement speed do not increase.
