Ever since latest Steam update, I can see them on the ground, but I have no way to pick them up. New bug or on purpose? Also, I swear I had a perk that let me stay up late without pinging my stamina recharge, but I can't find it, was it removed or am I losing it?

Known issue / bug. About the perk thing, I don’t think thats a thing
