Reproduction Steps:
So we are currently on Day 3 of the Winter Festival. The Festival appeared fine on Day 1. I was able to run around, complete all of the mini-games, and was able to purchase some items. Upon Day 2, I went back to the Ocean to finish the last bits of Coral Reef Healing. I actually was able to heal all the coral reefs, leading me to go back to the surface for the day. When I later went to return to the Winter Festival that night, ALL of the Winter Festival assets are not present.
Now on Day 3 Winter Festival. I've attempted a few different things such as not going into ocean, going into ocean, etc. and I have not been able to make the Winter Festival assets reappear.
Also, if you take the time to run around town, you'll notice some floating assets that are unable to be picked up... I'm sure you're already aware of that issue.
