im experiencing this too on the most recent version for xbox. when trying to access the menu for purchasing items like the coop, the game will fully shut down to the main menu. i am not the host, it seems so far to specifically affect players connected to th host player so far as of this post from myself. it is a two player co-op/ reproduction steps talk to the carpenter-> attempt to access menu for farm buildings ex:coop-> menu tries to open-> dashboard. Clarification: this has been going on over to course of several real life days. so console restarts and game relaunches have occured on both ends for all players. It is a new save, currently the 7th day of summer. occured consistently through spring and summer.

I wanted to post here as i saw a previous person posted this bug and wanted to share our experience here.

I experienced this too. But, we figured it's because I was trying to access the carpenter exact same time is one of the others were in the carpenter's menu

i was alone, my friend was just collecting foragables.

i thought it was just me at first until i saw this post myself

This was during co-op mode in PS5 console. Gamer tag is grahambo39. My friends have played solo and haven't had these issues. But when we do co-op we have tons of issues with freezing and server disruption. There are 4 of us. I did go back in and it worked like it should. Then I had to go back and and it crashed again. Has also done this at the Lab when doing research. Also in co-op.

Love this game as it's nice and relaxing after a long day of work but it gets frustrating with all of the bugs. Hope you can do a nice future update sometime soon.
