Reproduction Steps: I ended the day and after I left the house I couldn't do anything. Zero, even esc button failed.
Repro Rate: Two times. It always occurs when leaving the building.
In-Game Date & Time: Spring.
Platform: PC Steam

No, it's okay now. After a forced quit, it returned to normal. I have no idea what happened...
I woke up, watched TV, sprinted to the door, and then froze.
At first, I thought that some cutscene bugged out, but nothing showed up after a restart.
