collab pet and multiplayer issue

hi im sorry to bother yall but i have two questions for the game. does anyone else have issues with multiplayer and friends not being able to adopt a pet for them it says ask host to allow pet adoption. also the collab pet wont leave my mailbox along side the mushroom box
