I seen Marks 8 heart hangout on day 5 of Fall, by the lake. It has not updated and I moved on to the next day and still has not updated.
PC Steam
Multiplayer world but only host online at time

I discovered that this is about the hangout conversations and not the events that takes place at certain heart levels. I managed to progress the relationship further.
