Title: P2 missing and can't leave the ocean past 23:00 or thru anchor
Reproduction Steps: Me and host were about to leave the ocean. Host left thru the anchor first and then i was about to leave after him. I saw my character going up with the anchor and then the loading screen displayed. However, instead of showing me that i was on the surface, it showed me back to underwater and me and the anchor were missing even if i call the anchor. Time went past 23:00 and I still wasn't automatically brought back the surface. I had to go to a waypoint to go back to my farm. Luckily, we just unlocked one.
Repro Rate: First time it happened.
