#Cannot See Heart Event Locations

I noticed that when I have a new heart event with some of the townies I am unable to see where the heart event is supposed to take place. It usually appears in the top left of the screen but since playing multiplayer I am unable to see certain townies heart events

Hi @icy pewter , thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! Could you let us know which platform are the Host and Guest playing from (Steam PC/Deck, Xbox PC/S/X, PlayStation 5)? And does the issue happen to the Host or Guest?

Also, could you tell us which townies are you having trouble with? And could you share some screenshots of their relationship tab so we can take a closer look? Thanks in advance goatlove2

Hi there! My friend and I play on PC steam together and here is the list of townies I cannot see their heart events for as well as screenshots!

Hi @icy pewter , thank you for providing us with more details! To clarify, I've made a breakdown of how the Heart Event works:

  • 1 (Marked in red): This shows the Heart Event details. If a box appears here, it means a new heart event is available. If there's nothing there, you need to raise the character's heart level to unlock the next event.
  • **2 (Marked in orange): **This shows the Hangout Event details and you can trigger it anytime by inviting them to a Hangout! For example, with Scott, you currently have access to 2 hangout events. To unlock Hangout Event 4, Scott’s heart level must first reach level 4.

However, it should be noted that some heart events required a letter to be triggered. So be sure to check your mailbox daily laugh2

So for example, with Aaliyah, you need to raise her heart level to unlock more Heart Events! Then, the time and location detail should appear on the left corner of your relationship tab 😉

Hi there! Thank you so much for clarifying! I may need to go back and double check as I may have misunderstood! Though I think some show that a heart event is available on the townies overall page but then not when I click into their profile! But thank you so much for clarifying this may be a bad case of user error😂 also i LOVE the game and you all are really crushing it with all the updates and features!
