Title: We have encountered the Truffle of Doom™; everytime P2 so much as approaches a truffle (it can be either a black or a white one) their game crashes. They say their game is crashing, and they know it because the game freezes, and moments later I will get (as the Host) a notification that they have logged out. It only occurs with truffles, no other items cause this. When they crash, their character gets frozen, too.
Reproduction Steps: They're walking towards a truffle on the screen, sometimes coming out of a coop/barn. Just the sight of a Truffle of Doom™ crashes their game, it doesn't matter if they are coming out of a barn, the time of day or anything else.
Repro Rate: Everytime a Truffle of Doom™ is left unpicked and they go too close to it/see it. It does not crash their game if I hold the truffle in my hand close to them. I've tried chasing them with it.
In-Game Date & Time: This has happened multiple times now, at least on Spring 27, Spring 12, both in the mornings and evenings. It happens everytime a Truffle is there. The Truffle of Doom™ knows no gods.
Players & Platform: I am the Host, the crash only occurs on P2 (not on the server). We're playing on PC/Steam.
Game Version: Should be the latest, but I'll check with my friend once they come online.
Input Mode: Keyboard and mouse
PC Specs: My friend can only get their PC specs in Finnish, but I can send them if you're willing to translate etc. Their computer is an older model, though.
