I hit rank A but the community center still says A. I saw that you need to see the rank A celebration scene for it to go up, but it's been many days (like almost a week in game) and I'm not sure how to trigger it? Lake Temple is also complete and nothing really happened there either.
Everyone is talking about Pufferfish gone but they're... still there, just cleaning or something. Not really sure what the next step is.

Alas you will most likely need to wait until Spring.
A lot of important cutscenes can only happen in certain weather conditions, so winter kinda cuts a lot of that off
