Reproduction Steps: I started completing the quest by gathering the needed items (royal-grape blazer, round stylishes glasses, a flower, and 3 wool). I went to the Water Giant to give them the first three items, but I still am not able to obtain the wool (I don't have sheep). The quest items got crossed out in my journal since I turned those in. The following in-game day, all of the items I gave to the Water Giant are not crossed out anymore. Acting like I did not give him the items.
Repro Rate: This has only happened once so far.
