It's been buggy for some players at least for awhile. I made a bug post in March and haven't been able to get it fixed since despite checking with each update.

Good luck! I'll be following in case it helps solve mine not triggering. Recommendations from others that I tried was selling unidentified fossils, treasure chests and geodes. according to others' reports it triggers just fine since for a while now. You need to sell everything from the journal, even geodes. And devs usually ask for a video of you selling everything to figure out what's missing. @hearty cobalt

I’ve also seen mentioned things that aren’t included:

You can try going to a backup on the game and at least screenshotting all your chests.

I ended up doing the same. I recorded everything and uploaded showing the sell price to prove it had been sold and selling every item that I may or may not have missed just to be sure and never did figure out what I was missing.

I've redone everything several times and not seen it but they have said in the future they will add the ability to track progress for the achievement to the game.

One thing you can try doing which a friend I was playing with discovered is coconuts can be used in the cheese press for milk... I never knew this and it isn't on the wiki either. It didn't get me my achievement yet but it might work for someone. I did get the devs to look at my save and was told simply I didn't sell everything yet so until they finally implement an in game tracker it will remain the only achievement not obtained yet.
