Have you noticed that in multiplayer the guest does not increase the friendship level by talking to the NPC? The host has the hearts of everyone higher than me even though I interact with the NPC more.

My host friend pet hearts are locked for me (player 2), not sure if that is intended.
Also everyone hearts are very low like one or 2 for me and we are on winter year 1, now that could normal, not sure but i feel they went up faster in my single save.
We are both on steam.
