Title: can't ask to hangout after update
Reproduction Steps: walk up to someone, talk to them - no option to ask to hangout shows up, both for characters where I have a new hangout available and characters I just haven't asked to hangout this week; left click just uses tool
Repro Rate: can't ask anybody to hangout over several days
Game Platform: steam
Game Version: 1.2-1239
Input Mode: keyboard and mouse
