Game crashed twice

I play the game on PlayStation5 and today I had the game crash twice just randomly. The day before the game just froze and the quest I do half of got reset and all the items I gave just disappeared. I tried to give the items again but after the crash it got reset again..

Every bit of the info helps the devs out in fixing the issue! Please note that the use of mods or any type of file alteration and the devs can not assist you!

I had the same thing happen to me twice today! And my quest items which I gave to one of the giants are just gone, along with the money I spent to buy them. Like with yours, the crash happened twice and idk if you’re also having this issue, but the game load time was super long before each crash.

Game version: the most recent
Repro rate (I’m guessing this means how many times this happened?): twice
Platform: PS5
I don’t have any save files or recordings, but I had the system send in the error report both times. Not sure if that makes it back to the devs.
