Hello I can't see any NPC in merfolk kingdom after triggering the 'one of us' quest, but I did trigger a quest like "Resupply merfolk kingdom" and thats the only time I saw the npc but its in a cutscene after finishing the quest.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Oh no—they’re not supposed to be invisible. 
Just to confirm, did this issue happen after you gave the items for the “One of Us” quest to Cho Oyu? And if so, did you give the items in Spring 14?
It would also help if you could share more details about your in-game activities right before the issue occurred.
Lastly, could you send us your Backup folder in a .zip file as well? You can find it in the same location as your DailySave file.

I haven't given any items for the "one of us" quest because I dont know what item to give, I'm just looking for cho oyu but I can't find her in the castle because I can't go inside the oracle house (I'm not a merfolk yet)
and I really can't see any npc, I don't see the King and Queen, the princess, semeru, denali and others

Just to confirm, did the issue first show up on Spring 14? Before that, when you went underwater, did the Merfolk appear normally?
Also, if you still remember, could you share what activities you did on Spring 13 (the day before)? That might help us narrow it down. 🙏

i dont really remember what happened on spring 13, but the issue occured 1st year winter.

Ahh, I see. After the issue showed up around Winter, did you keep playing through to Spring 14 and still see the problem?
And just to check, did it happen right after finishing the "One of Us" quest?

It was winter so i decided to just clean the ocean. The issue appeared after triggering the 'one of us' quest
the quest is still here, I can't see the oracle
i cant see the npc here too but i can click the table
as far as i remember, there was a npc here

After checking your save file, we noticed it’s for Co-op mode. Did the issue happen while playing Co-op?
