One of Us / Resupply bug

Hi, I run into a bug (two bugs maybe...?) during "One of Us Quest". I got to a point when I have to bring kelp essence and crops to the oracle but the cutscene is not triggering when I enter her chambers. I also can "give" her any items or interact at all because she's in her "room" and I can't enter that area cos I'm not close enough with her.

(*) possibly connected? I also got "Resupply Merfolk Kingdom" letter after healing the tree but my town rank is still only C (ocean is A though). entering the palace triggers the cutscene with my character "swimming" like she has a tail while still in diving suit. After cutscene end I got transported to my underwater farm. Tried to get to the oracle chambers again and still nothing happens...

Hello @brittle spoke thank you for reaching out to us! Could you please wait until Cho oyu moves to a different position so that you can give the quest item?

We’ve made an adjustment to the One of Us quest where the quest item can now be given directly to Cho oyu. If you’re carrying the required item, you should see the option “Give Quest Item” to complete the quest. After that, the One of Us cutscene will be triggered.
