Title : Bug to clean up the ocean multi-player

Reproduction Steps : When I find the mechanisms to clean up the ocean, the animation of the stele rising out of the sand does not appear. And nothing happens; the black roots remain.
When we quit and restart our game with my friend, everything goes back to normal.

Repro Rate : We've had this bug for two days now, and it happens every time I go into the ocean.
