Chests and crafting

I have stuff I know I can craft and have the materials I need but it seems when I go to craft it doesn’t register what’s I have in my inventory. I’ve tried closing and coming back in but no fix. I play on Xbox series X.

Did u perhaps uncheck the box in the chest and turn off global crafting?

I think that’s what I did lol so sorry! I must of hit that and not realized what I did ! Thank you !
