Game keeps crashing my friends and I, and won't let us rejoin the host

• Title: A short summary of the issue.
• Reproduction Steps: Game crashes randomly on P1 and I, kicking us out to either the Xbox home screen or to Coral Island main menu. Host stays in the game just fine. Neither P1 or I (P2) can get back in despite being given the invite code and being directly invited by the host. We Keep getting a message saying either the hosts offline (the host was still in the game), our internet is offline (neither of us were. As we were in an xbox party), or that we couldn't connect to the server. In one of the rare instances that it let P2 (me) back in, I had crashed while trying to catch an insect, and couldn't use the bug net for the rest of the session.
• Repro Rate: Every time
• In-Game Date & Time: started occurring frequently after the Cherry Blossom Festival
• Players & Platform:
  Three players.
  Host-Crimson Perfume
  P1- Ionlyswimfree
  P2- Darknight97 (me)
  All three players are on Xbox
• Game Version: 1.2
• Input Mode: Controller
• PC Specs: N/A
• Attachments (if available): No screenshots were taken

For the issue when joining a session, could you share a screenshot or photo if it happens again when you play?

Regarding the crash, do you remember how many hours you had played before it occurred? And did it happen within the same in-game day?

Yes, I will get some screenshots and share them here next time it happens.

Haven't played for very long, a couple hours total? About a few in-game days after the Cherry Blossom festival.

Here's the two messages it gives us when we try to reconnect with host.
Our internet connection is online, as we are in a party, and the host isn't offline/disconnected, as we still have the option to rejoin.

There was some success where the host turned cross-play off, and the game let me rejoin finally. But P1 still hasn't been able to rejoin at all
