Water Mine Didn't unlock after reaching floor 40 on Earth Mine

Reproduction Steps : Tried what was suggested online which was going on floor 15 to 16 and doing floor 30 to 40 again. As well as going to floor 40 directly and the cutscene never triggered. The Earth Giant is freed. Already tried restarting the game as well with no success in triggering the cutscene; water mine still is locked. (I'm only playing is solo mode)

Repro Rate : All the time.

Game Platform : Xbox Series X (Gamepass is active if important)

Game Version (Latest) V1.2-1238

Hello @sage topaz Yes it is! I retried going from level 30 to 40 with no success and water mine still is closed. I tried with the internet off to be fully offline (never know lol) but didn’t work
