Hi everyone!

I’ve been grinding away so I can propose to one of the characters and I’ve seen all 10 heart events, all hang out events except for 10-A and 10-B, and have the ring and house upgrade. The only thing it says is that proposing is locked and I’m not sure why. The hangout event 10-A says that it’s available but there’s no information about where it is or how to trigger it.

Does anyone know how to unlock proposing or am I missing something? Also sorry I wasn’t sure what tag to use since I’m not sure if this is a technical glitch or a storyline issue?

To trigger hangout events you need to ask a character to hangout

The option to invite them to hangout is completely gone

I forgot to mention that before lol the only option I have with him is to hug him. The option to ask to hangout is missing
