Controller stops responding randomly - multiple controllers - doesn’t happen on any other game/app

• Title Controller stops responding randomly - only menu button responds to exit to main menu but when you get there no ther buttons respond to actually exist. You have to close the game completely and then relaunch. It’s not the controller itself as I’ve tested 3 separate controllers and it does not happen in other games
• Reproduction Steps There doesn’t seem to be a pattern, it happens randomly
• Repro Rate If I’m playing for 2 hours its likely to happen 3-5 times
• Game Platform Xbox Series X
• Game Version v1.2-1238
• Input Mode Controller
• Your save fileN/A
• Attachment (Save File & Additional Image/Video) I can’t even screen record because the only button that responds is the menu button but when it happens again I will attach a video from my phone
