May I ask if you're the host of the session? And, did the crash happen to all players?
To help the team investigate, could you also share both the Crash Log and SaveGames (from the Host) folder in a ZIP file here?
You can find the Crash Log by copying and pasting this file path into your File Explorer bar:
%LocalAppData%\ProjectCoral\Saved\Crashes
The SaveGames folder is located under the Saved folder.

Could you confirm which item the P2 tries to pick up? Is it a Coffee Bean from Luwak like the OP shared above?

Spring year 2, I think it started around day 22? Definitely the last week.

Hello everyone!
Just a quick update, the team has been notified about this issue and is currently investigating this.
In the meantime, the guest or joining player can avoid picking up ranch animal products outside the building to avoid crashes.
