Trying to complete the Quest: Starlet Expedition and handed in 54/75 crops and 10/30 essences but noticed the counter reset to zero and the items are gone.

I've also had other issues that have been reported already such as the shipping "?" on items that have been shipped previously and as well as I'm still missing the bug house that I placed from Emily for completing her quest.
