Missing sprinkler reward from Harvest Festival PS5

Entered and won the festival against Bobby. Had enough points to earn all the rewards except the Stamina Fruit. Took back my items and left. Got all the rewards except the new Sprinkler. Checked mail next day as well but nothing.

No I don’t sorry. I just remembered the last three were I believe Sprinkler 2 style, a ring, and stamina fruit. I scored enough points to reach all rewards except the fruit. Ring was second to last reward. I got the other rewards including the ring, but not the sprinkler

@dire fog I met a similar issue on PC steam. Currently year 2 and won the harvest festival at about 172-176 points. The rewards were the same as op but I can't recall much other than the ring which was some giant ring and I wanted that. All I got was the stamina fruit. I thought I would get the rest of the reward next morning but nope. It has been 2 or 3 game days now and still nothing. I stupidly thought maybe it's meant to be this way like maybe I was only meant to get the highest reward? Since this is my first time winning, I wasn't sure. Iirc I submitted quail egg, cauliflower, cactus, sake, black truffle, durian. All osmium quality

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing similar issues! Could you let us know what you were doing in the festival before you submitted the items for the crop display? Also, could you share your Save File and Backup Files here so we can take a closer look?

I recall playing all the other games like apple bobbing and winning them all and got the rewards with no issues. I also interacted with all the npcs including gifting them and also purchasing stuff from the festival booth. Submitting stuff for the display was the last thing I did basically. After winning the contest, I just took back the items and realise I didn't get any rewards apart from the stamina fruit so I put back the items on display to see if I missed out anything but nope. All I could do was leave the festival after that.

Just wondering will I ever get the rewards back in mail even if its fixed since its been so long since the festival.

Could you share a bit more about the gifts you were giving to the townies and who you were giving them to? Also, do you remember what items you purchased from the festival booth? Any details you can recall—no matter how small—would really help us look into the issue more closely! Thanks in advance

I unfortunately can't recall much but they were all cooked food and I pretty much gift everyone except maybe Wakuu, Pablo, Rafael, Eva, Nina and Surya whom I have full hearts with so I did not gift them. I'm sure there are still others I have full hearts with but I can't recall. You might be able to see it in my save? Gifts were mostly coffee with maybe seafood ramen, grilled fish and something else? I recall gifting coffee to almost everyone except this one npc whom I can't recall but it might be Leah or someone else who dislikes coffee. I recall gifting them some other cooked dish instead maybe seafood ramen.

Festival booth wise, I bought about 30 mooncakes, all the compost, wild seeds , barley seeds and fairy rose seeds. I think that's it.

@dire fog I'm also having an issue with the rewards from the Harvest festival. I was talking to all the npcs (I did not gift anyone), I won first place for the apple and pumpkin mini games, and I bought items: 32 fairy rose seeds, 2 pear seedlings and 2 cocoa seedlings. My points for the festival were 143, but all I received was the graven giants ring and the mooncakes (mooncakes still display as locked though). I took my items back and tried clicking on the lower rewards, but they were all locked. It's now the next day and I didn't receive any of the rewards in the mail. (This is year 1)
Items submitted: Osmium gardenia honey, Osmium radish juice x2, Osmium melon, Osmium wool, and silver sake

Adding to this thread. Year 1 Harvest festival. I won with 6 osmium sake. Only received the ring and none of the other rewards. They all show as locked. Removed my items and still didn't get them. They also didn't show up in the mail either. Screenshots, Save and Backups attached.

Played all the other festival games and got the rewards just fine from those.
