Reproduction Steps:
- Fill your inventory until you have one slot left.
- Forage one item (example: Patagonian scallop).
- Try and forage another Patagonian scallop which states your inventory is full but if you keep trying you will eventually forage it, proving that the quality of the item changes upon each attempt to forage it.
Repro Rate: Guaranteed every time, also managed to do this with other ground items that have quality rating. Have yet to try this with crops.
