it's already 4 days since i bought this game for multiplayer, but when i try to host and my friend join, it said "connecting to server" then "your connection is too unstable".. What is happening actually? me and my friend have a very good internet connection, please help fix this problem, i really wanna play multiplayer mode😩

I don't understand the idea of hosting own servers. Why not let a PC/Xbox etc host it. It's only 4 players. This way we are always reliant on other ones servers and if they decide to pull the plug in x years, we can't play co-op anymore.

The servers are player to player. The issue is just unfortunately somewhere in the code.

Im om xbox and play with my two friends on Steam. Only way we could play together is if I was the Host. We haven't tried it again since the original update because we are already in Summer. Just thought id mention it incase it helps anyone

Ah my bad, just strange that I have a ping of 50 ms when I finally can connect to my wife whos playing on the xbox. Made it seem that there was a third party. Normally if you play local there is mostly a ping of 3 or 4 ms.

I'm also trying from steam to xbox. Both on same network. Occasionally it works. but more often not.

I am trying to play with my sisters (I'm on PS5 and they're on PC) and one of them is the host, I was able to join and play for a while but then we had an issue with the first festival (I couldn't join the festival for some reason) so I restarted my game and now when I try to join I get to where I can select my character but it won't let me select my character?
