Harvest Festival Won't Load

Reproduction Steps: Unfortunately I did a lot in this day:

• daily farm tasks
• achieved town rank C
• ceremony at Naga palace to get the mermaid pendant thing
• bought livestock (goats)
• upgraded equipment
  Bobby showed up in front of town hall & the TV farmer guy was waiting at the square, but no festival.
  Repro Rate:
• had a similar issue of a previous festival (tree planting) not loading but quitting and relaunching fixed it. It's much more annoying to do this festival as its in the evening so I'd have to re do a whole day.

Thankfully reloading the day successfully launched the festival. Though I skipped the naga ceremony, buying goats & equipment, only left my farm to go buy rank C seeds at sam's. Also noticed that some minor bugs had been fixed in my reload: the visual grid not showing up when using silver water can, the bell sound not working on my level 2 barn & coop. Those are fixed now.

Had the same bug with the animal festival. Reloading the current save/day also did it for me. Seems to be a problem with all festivals.
I also noticed, that the message at the beginning of the day didn't show up.

Thank you for your report! We’ve also received similar reports of this happening in other Festivals, but unfortunately, we haven’t been able to reproduce the issue yet.

It seems the problem may be related to the activities done on the day before the Festival (D-1). Do you happen to remember what you did on that day? For example, did you go diving or increase any heart level with an NPC?

Any details you can share would be super helpful. Thank you!

I did go diving, I believe I fast travelled into the merfolk capital and then did the ceremony to get the pendant at the castle. I don't recall if I had any heart-ups with NPCs tho. But I did achieve rank C on that day which comes with a general boost so perhaps I did.

I also went diving and found 2 solar orbs to heal the ocean. Yes I increased the heart level with 2 npcs (Yuri and Leah) and had an hangout activity with both of them at the day before.

Did encounter another issue with the beach cleaning festival today.
The message at the beginning of the day showed up, but there was no festival on the beach.
The day before, I raised some heart levels and had some hangout scenes and also a heart event with Leah, which took place at the beach, but I didn't go diving. So I think it could be related to the heart cutscenes or the hangouts.
