I successfully beat Appletini and picked up the reward chest, which then showed the Victory banner and tried to send me back to the Sanctuary Tree. My game screen went completely black except for the cursor, and when I tried clicking, the cursor vanished. The game wasn't frozen, still seemed to be running normally, but nothing happened. I closed the window and reopened the game, and it hadn't saved my progress on my last run, so I was back at the tree as of the end of my previous run.

Tried another run where I beat Appletini, and was able to get back to the Sanctuary Tree without issue. It might have been something to do with how fast I was clicking through the last time. This time, I let the full rewards animation run before continuing and there was no problem.
