Missing pet sprite

Occasionally when I enter the house at night my pet does not appear visible.
Repro rate: random but has happened multiple times

Hi @elfin drum , thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! Could you let us know the in-game date when the issue happened? Does the issue seem to consistently happen right after you wake up, or does it happen randomly?

This was a few days ago. The bug occurred on multiple days and I have no idea what the in-game dates were at this point.

The pet is always visible again after sleeping and starting the new day.

Since the issue tends to happen at night, have you noticed any patterns—like it occurring after specific activities during the day? Hi, I have the same issue. Started happening Winter 2, Year 2. I thought my pet vanished and only realized that my pet was invisible instead when i accidentally petted it while in the farm field, sowing seeds. In my game, pet just became invisible as soon as Winter 2 hit and hasn't appeared for two days at least

Edit: verifying integrity of game files on steam fixed it so far

My pet went invisible Winter 3 Y1. I always pets it in the morning and sometimes when I meet it later in the day. Returns when reloading the save

I honestly do not remember what I did. The day before would be Winter 2, so I'm guessing I would have been running around town looking for clovers and harvestables (after having planted seeds the day before). If I did, I should have spoken to a number of townies, but I really cannot remember anything for sure.

I did not talk to anyone since I usually don't leave my farm on the first day of the season, cleaning up the field and tilling and sowing seeds. And it happened starting winter 2 for me.

I did close the game, verified game file's integrity (steam) and it did fix it, and my pets have yet to disappear on me again and it's already been almost a whole in-game year for me since then

one notable thing - I had the cutscene where Nina moves in at the beginning of winter on Winter 2nd. It was delayed a day as I closed the game and at the beginning of Winter 1st and it didn't play when reloading the save until the next day. So I'm guessing both Sylfin and I had our pets go invisible the day after we saw the same cutscene

Chiming in since my two pets are now invisible as well as of today. Tried taking off their mythical pet outfit and putting it back on but that doesn't help.
Wasn't doing anything specific other than talking to NPCs a bunch. It happened on Fall 12 Year 1. They were there in the morning and invisible when I returned later in the day.

this has been happening for a year now, like can you please fix it thats more than enough time to sort out a bug.
