Unable to redeem the kit from the Funguys Swarm Cross over. Loading indefinitely.

Reproduction Steps: Other people are having the same issue. If they click Redeem again then the code becomes invalid. If you try to type in the code again then it becomes invalid or just start loading indefinitely again.

I had to close my games because its getting late here. I am under the assumption that my code now no longer works because of that. I look forward to the response from staff

I have closed my game 3 times and tried again each time and just get the loading. So who knows. They will be at work in a few hours and we will know more then.

Me too, I've tried my code and always got Loading... I've had to exit several times too since I had meetings and such so hopefully my code isn't wasted and this'll be fixed

Thanks for clarifying. Seems like, if you don't click "redeem" while its loading, it doesn't break the code itself. I am basing that off of the feedback I've seen.

Just to help you, i tried any suggested fixes like turning off internal AV, VPN, switching to Hotspot from WiFi, nothing worked. Just to let you know 🙂

Good news—the issue has been fixed! Just load up the game, redeem the code again, and the items should appear in your mailbox when you play Coral Island.

In Funguy - bottom right corner - it should have a collab button. Just generate it in there and copy it into coral island 🙂

Similarly, once you have the code, there's a button in Coral Island on the bottom right where you'll click to open a window to put it in

The "invalid code" response is a separate issue from the perpetual "loading..." issue
