#Prosperity Fountain causing repeatable crash

I cannot remove the prosperity fountain from my home. Everytime I highlight a tile it's on top of in decor mode, the game crashes instantly. This is repeatable and happens every time. Xbox Series X. Any suggestions? The thing is huge and I don't want it in my house lol

To repeat: Place Prosperity Fountain in home. R3 to enter the decor mode. Highlight tile fountain is on... instant lock-up.

Here is a video of it happening on the xbox. Sorry that it's a cell phone video, but when the game crashes I can't save the gameplay anymore. If you need something in better quality I can try to figure something else out... The game instantly locks when the cursor goes over the fountain and hard quits to the dashboard. I have a longer video of this happening from a cold boot too.
