Hi ive been sitting here for a while now with a loading message on the claim button for the crossover skin ive bought the game and i even tried to generate a new code but it gave the same code is their a issue with the redemption rewards?

I'm having this same issues. I've tried closing and reloading a couple of times and it still sits on "Loading..."

Im gonna try again later on to redeem the code honestly i dont wanna sit around for an hour or more with something loading (gta black screens ruined my loading patience)

Hi again team!

I wanted to report a new issue I’m experiencing with the Funguys Swarm x Coral Island collaboration code.

When I enter the code in-game, the screen just stays on “loading” and nothing happens. I’ve tried restarting and checking the code multiple times, but the issue still persists.

I’ve attached some screenshots for reference.

Would really appreciate it if you could take a look when you get a chance. Thanks again for your continued support!

I mean its a 24hr return window for games on steam right?
