Reproduction Steps -- I turned in 30 Osmium Kelp Essence (which took awhile to farm) to Cho Oyu. I loaded up my game just now, and it's showing 0/30 turned in -- my kelp essence didn't count.
Repro Rate -- I haven't tried reproducing it, but it sounds like it's a thing from the previous bug report.
Game Platform -- Steam
Game Version -- 1.2-1238
Input Mode -- KB&M

I had a similar issue for the "disguise wanted" quest. I gave all items except the 3 wool, and then the next day the other items were back on the "need to get" checklist in my journal.

Same issue but with the other objective of this quest, lost 75 Osmium Cranberries

I also lost 75 of my osmium crops

Same issue!! Just logged on. I had previously submitted the 75 crops and now it says 0 😭

Exactly what happened to me now! It counted my osmium kelps yesterday, but I loaded the game now and it says I donated 0

I lost all of mine twice - 135 crops and 60 some essence :c

I lost all my 75 crops, I'm honestly worried about trying again and handing over 30 kelp essense as well

My friend also had this problem. She lost her crops. Besides a fix, is there anything that can be done to regain what was lost?

I kept my game open for 3 days trying to finish the quest again because it seems to reset whenever you close the game when the quest is not finished.
I feel like I completed it the first time but it came back. I don't exactly remember.

Wondering if people having issues are the host, the 2nd player or both? I've had the same issue as the 2nd player, host hasn't tried but I don't really wanna chance another 30 osmium essence lol
