Luke Hangout Event 2
Luke: Ah, I love this place…
Growing up on Coral Island had its perks, you know.
One of the best parts was meeting all the interesting people who came here on holiday.
Ah, and I remember this one boy…my childhood friend.
Player:
**1. “Sounds like you made a lot of memories here.”
Luke: Indeed. There was never a dull moment with all the visitors.
It gave the island such a lively energy, yeah?
-
“A childhood friend, huh? Tell me more about him.”
Luke: Yes, we were inseparable back then. -
"You, socializing with vacationers? I thought you’d keep to the estate."
Luke: Sometimes, mingling with the holiday crowd can be…enlightening. **
Luke: We met during the summer.
His family was here on holiday, just like so many others.
I remember we made this little fort by the beach…well, more like a pile of driftwood, but to us, it was a castle.
We were defending it from invaders—seagulls, mostly.
It was all very serious business at the time.
Those days felt endless, like summer would never end.
**Player:
-
“So it was a summer friendship?”
Luke: Yes, I guess it was. -
“What was he like? Must’ve been special for you to remember him.”
Luke: He was. -
“Ah, the perks of living on a tourist island—friends from all over the world!”
Luke: Quite right.**
Luke: We spent every day exploring the island, pretending we were knights on some grand adventure.
It’s funny how those memories stick with you…they were some of the happiest moments of my childhood.
**Player:
-
“What’s his name?”
Luke: You know, I don’t know…for the life of me, I can’t remember his name. -
“Who was this boy?”
Luke: You know, I don’t know…for the life of me, I can’t remember his name.**
