My Town Rank and Museum Rank have been stuck for a while, but I'm not sure exactly when. I just did a Halloween Event that should have gotten me to S Rank (achieved 240 pts), and an errand, but none of it was added the day after. Currently in Winter 4, Year 5.
Also, museum is stuck at 85/234, but I only have 3 dino fossils to add before I've completed all of them.
