Title: Enchants not carrying over on pickaxe upgrade

Reproduction Steps: My boyfriend upgraded his pickaxe from gold to osmium; and when he collected his pickaxe the enchants were gone. he had tier two mining speed and the no energy usage chance tier one (apologies for not using the right names, if those are off.) Also, I believe its worth mentioning that in between the four day period that it took for the pickaxe to upgrade, my game crashed (I am the host so the day didn't save for both of us.) I didn't really pay attention to the crash log, I only took a screenshot of the window to show him for why he got disconnected.

Repro Rate: just this once, only he has upgraded his enchanted tools, or enchant anything period

In-Game Date & Time: crash happened like between winter 8-10 year one, he got his pickaxe winter 12 year one and saw that the enchants didn't carry over

Players & Platform: 2 players, both on steam

Game Version: 1.2-1238

Input Mode: Keyboard

Host save file: attatched

here they are anyway since it doesnt hurt to hand them over hehe. I notice that my first save file has backup saves dating multiple days back but the recent one only has yesterday past a certain time. idk what it means and how the backup files work but it was smthing i noticed Cottsapproval
