With Xbox series X being host, 2 other Xbox series X and 1 PC via steam, we have replayed the same day over and over and it keeps crashing at the end of the day. We have already reset every console and PC. Currently waiting for a fix so we can play and not keep repeating the same day. The only things we can figure out might be causing the crash is something with the house decorator mode and or the going to bed. Twice we were stuck at everyone in bed and it froze then crashed, the rest of the crashes from last night felt more random? I’ll try further testing this evening once kids are in bed to see if I can isolate the crash.

We tested further and isolated it. It is repeatable.
Xbox Series X is host, 2 other players also Xbox Series X, I'm the Steam player. My house is upgraded once to include the kitchen. theirs is not.
When the xbox series x players use decorator mode, no crashing. When I, the steam player with the upgraded house use decorator mode, we are all able to sleep, see the end of day results for money, and then at the screen where it says waiting for x/4 players to continue, at that screen the game crashes 100% of the time bringing us to the main title screen.
Host and myself are same internet if that matters.
It's either because I the steam player used decorator mode or because I have the first upgraded home to include the kitchen that something about that is weird with decorator mode. We always lose the entire day we played. We tested it even in the morning of the day just to see if it would trigger the crash and it did. Hope that helps with resolution! Good luck! ❤️
Also throwing out there that the date and season don't seem to be the problem either.

Could you walk us through exactly what you did in Decor Mode? For example, did you add or remove any furniture in the house before the issue happened?

I'm not entirely sure how to cap a video on pc (I'm usually an xbox player but swapped to pc a few months ago). Specifically I took the starter bed out, put in the 4 poster bed that you get from the museum and placed it in the bedroom, put the TV, fireplace, rug, chair and end table that you get from the museum rewards into the room between the kitchen and bedroom, shuffled the window to the left wall in the bedroom, and moved the cherry blossom vase from the cherry blossom festival into the middle room as well (it was previously there and moved around with no problems). I'll ask my hubby if he can help me figure out how to screen record.
