Not sure if this is a bug or not. But every time it storms, the townies are out and about and mentioning how nice the weather is. Emma was painting by the lake, Ling was sitting outside at the vineyard, and Luke was filling the bird feeders and had the speech bubble that said "What perfect weather!"
